    Argentina: La Corte Suprema debatirá en audiencias públicas el cultivo de Cannabis

    Los ministros de la Corte Suprema Argentina llevarán adelante una serie de audiencias públicas para evaluar la constitucionalidad de varios temas, incluyendo el cultivo de cannabis medicinal, según informó Infobae.

    Por lo pronto, se ha fijado un cronograma de 37 audiencias a desarrollarse durante la primera parte del año. Todavía no se conocen las fechas específicas. Otros temas a tratar serán la preservación de especies en peligro y los conflictos de corredores inmobiliarios.

    Las audiencias apuntan a “garantizar la participación ciudadana y la difusión del modo en que el Máximo Tribunal lleva adelante los procesos en que ejerce su jurisdicción”, según comunicó la Corte.

    Durante las audiencias “se tratará el cuestionamiento a la constitucionalidad de la exigencia de someterse a un programa estatal de investigación experimental como condición para acceder de manera gratuita al aceite de cannabis y sus derivados con fines medicinales (exigencia prevista en el artículo 7 de la Ley 27.350 – de Uso Medicinal de la Planta de Cannabis y sus derivados). Asimismo, se cuestiona la prohibición del autocultivo para consumo medicinal para menores de edad”, informó Ámbito.
