    LA POLICÍA AGREDIÓ A UNA MUJER USUARIA DE CANNABIS MEDICINAL EN RIO NEGRO

    En Cipolletti, la policía detuvo el pasado lunes a una joven por tenencia de marihuana, inscripta en el programa REPROCANN. Sin embargo, la detuvieron y la golpearon.

    La víctima se llama Lara Quinchao, una joven de 23 años, que fue golpeada y maltratada luego de haberla encontrado armándose un cigarrillo de cannabis

    El hecho comenzó por la mañana, cuando Lara volvía de llevar a su hija al medico junto con Santiago, el padre de la nena. En ese momento, un patrullero se detuvo y bajaron al menos dos policías que pretendían detenerla por tenencia de marihuana. Al intentar explicar y mostrar su certificado de inscripción al REPROCANN, según cuenta Lara, los policías se “burlaron”.

    Mientras toda esta situación transcurría llegaban al menos cinco vehículos y camionetas policiales, ninguno de los cuales escuchó e intervino para parar toda la agresión que estaba sufriendo Lara y su familia.

    Además, en el medio de los forcejeos, una efectivo le dio una patada y le sacó la rodilla de lugar, mientras que también fueron trasladados a la comisaría su ex pareja y un vecino, quienes habían intentado defenderla.

    “Me ignoraban y se burlaban. Después de una hora de estar ahí sentada, la policía vio que tenia la rodilla muy mal y empezo a decir: ‘A esta me la llevo a upita si no puede caminar’. Antes de que me dieran la libertad, una efectivo me llevo al hospital y me repetía: ‘Flaca camina mas rápido y hacela más fácil que no es para tanto’”, contó Lara en dialogo con la revista THC.

    Además, Lara describió que llegaron mas efectivos policiales a medida que la situacion se iba agravando. “En total aparecieron cinco o seis camionetas y habría alrededor de 15 efectivos”.

    Tanto Lara, como el padre de su hija y el vecino que intentó defenderla fueron trasladados a la comisaría. Ella estuvo detenida más de dos horas y los varones recién fueron liberados alrededor de las 18.

    Todo este relato quedó formalizado en una denuncia que Lara presentó ayer en la U.F.T N° 3 por abuso de autoridad y apremios ilegales. Ella estaba esposada cuando una policía mujer le dio la patada que le sacó la rodilla de lugar, mientras un grupo de efectivos amedrentaba a su ex pareja y otro ingresaba al domicilio del vecino que la intentó defender.

    El caso de Lara se suma a otros avasallamientos a las libertades democráticas llevadas adelante por la Policía de Río Negro. El año pasado también persiguieron y criminalizaron a un joven de Allen que cultivaba cannabis para su abuelo. Sin embargo, tiempo después la justicia dictó el sobreseimiento del cannabicultor.

    REPROCANN: ¿Qué es?

    Reprocann es una plataforma creada por el ministerio de salud donde los usuarios deben hacer el tramite correspondiente para cultivar dentro de la actual regulación.

    La inscripción es gratuita y para hacerlo tenes que saber que: En el actual contexto regulatorio del cannabis, hay tres tipo de usuarios que están habilitados para inscribirse en el REPROCANN:
    -pacientes que cultivan para sí mismos (autocultivo)
    -cultivadores que realizan la tarea para un paciente (cultivador solidario)
    También se tiene en cuenta el cultivo en red a cargo de las asociaciones civiles. Sin embargo, aún la plataforma no habilita la inscripción estos actores. Además los medicos que deseen prescribir cannabis, también tienen la opción de inscribirse en un perfil especial.
