    El Gobierno trabaja en un Manual de Buenas Prácticas nacional para el cultivo de cannabis y cáñamo

    El encuentro tuvo lugar en la Secretaría de Agricultura y asistieron referentes de diferentes organismos y organizaciones del ambiente cannábico.

    Se llevó a cabo la primera mesa de trabajo para comenzar a trabajar en un Manual de Buenas Prácticas nacional para el cultivo de cannabis y cáñamo. El encuentro, que tuvo lugar este martes en la Secretaría de Agricultura, Ganadería y Pesca, contó con representantes de la ARICCAME, el Instituto Nacional de Semillas (INASE), el Instituto Nacional de Tecnología Agropecuaria (INTA), del Servicio Nacional de Sanidad y Calidad Agroalimentaria (SENASA) y la Asociación Civil Proyecto Cáñamo (ACPC), entre otros.

    Durante la reunión se puso sobre la mesa los diferentes temas a tratar y cómo avanzar. Cada organismo aportó ideas desde sus manuales de buenas prácticas sobre otros tipos de cultivo. 

    La presidenta del INASE, Silvana Babbitt, destacó el hecho de que se hayan juntado el sector público y las organizaciones civiles. Además, afirmó que desde el organismo que representa cuenta con la experiencia necesaria para este tipo de trabajos.

    “Tenemos experiencia, junto con el INTA, de desarrollar manuales de buenas prácticas agrícolas para viveros, por ejemplo, que los volcamos para quienes trabajan en la temática de cannabis y cáñamo industrial”, aseguró la titular del INASE.

    Sobre dichos manuales, Babbitt detalló que incluyen aspectos legales tales como inscripciones en mecanismos de control para llevar adelante la producción y gestión del agua, de los sustratos, del lugar donde va la producción, los fertilizantes y los agroquímicos.

    En ese sentido, el Director Nacional de Articulación Federal INASE y también director de ARICCAME, Gabriel Giménez, dialogó con Cannabica Argentina sobre el encuentro y afirmó que se trató de un hecho “histórico para Agricultura” al dar la posibilidad de armar un Manual de Buenas Prácticas en Argentina destinado al cultivo de cannabis medicinal y cáñamo industrial.

    “En esta reunión inicial participaron organismos insignia de la Secretaría de Agricultura que vienen trabajando en la temática con muchos proyectos y desarrollo”, detalló el funcionario.

    En el encuentro estuvieron presentes también técnicos de Agricultura especializados en cultivos industriales, organizaciones civiles que trabajan la temática como Proyecto Cáñamo y Quilmes Cultiva – Argentina Regenerativa, además de la Facultad de Agronomía de la UBA.

    “El objetivo es poder pensar y desarrollar manuales de toda la cadena de trazabilidad de la industria del cannabis y del cáñamo, no solamente la del cultivo”, expresó Giménez y adelantó que en las próximas reuniones se convocarán a otros organismos del estado, universidades y cultivadores de todo el país.

    A su turno, el cultivador que comanda la iniciativa de Argentina Regenerativa, Anuar Peche, afirmó que comenzar a trabajar en un Manual de Buenas Prácticas nacional que tenga tendencia regenerativa es “justicia social”.

    El cultivador explicó que es importante avanzar en ese sentido ya que en el suelo sucede todo. “Una producción completa de la industria del cannabis no puede no pensarse en la vida de los suelos”, aseguró.

    Peche insistió en la importancia de este avance sobre las tendencias regenerativas y otras para mostrarle al mundo que Argentina “va a pisar fuerte en la industria del cannabis”.

    Anuar trabaja desde hace tiempo, en conversaciones con diferentes organismos, para impulsar el avance del manual de buenas prácticas en el sector cannábico argentino.
