    Se conformó el Consejo Federal del Cannabis que se encargará de otorgar las licencias en todo el país

    El encuentro contó con la presencia de representantes de las 23 provincias y la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

    Este miércoles se llevó a cabo el primer Consejo Federal de Cannabis de la historia Argentina, en el que participaron las 23 provincias del país y la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (CABA). Entre los objetivos más relevantes del área estará el aprobar los distintos tipos de licencias en todo el país.

    “Desde la ARICCAME dimos un paso histórico para la industria y el sector, con la presencia de las 24 provincias consolidamos el primer Consejo Federal donde marcamos el camino para la integración federal y los avances en normativas y acciones concretas de desarrollo”, expresó el presidente de la Agencia de Cannabis, Francisco Echarren.

    El funcionario explicó que “las políticas de Estado se constituyen con una visión estratégica de futuro” y, en ese sentido, el cannabis abre un mundo de oportunidades para la generación de empleo, “la red de industrialización, la capacitación y los recursos humanos que van a ser esenciales para lograr los objetivos propuestos”.

    A su turno, la Secretaria de Seguridad y directora de la ARICCAME, Mercedes La Gioiosa, indicó que encabezó el Consejo Federal para el Desarrollo de la Industria del Cáñamo y Cannabis Medicinal junto al Ministro de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación, Daniel Filmus y al presidente de la Agencia, Echarren.

    “Con representantes de las 23 provincias y de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, abordamos cuestiones vinculadas a la integración federal y los avances normativos para el desarrollo de esta nueva actividad industrial”, afirmó La Gioiosa.

    Por su parte, el titular de la cartera de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación, destacó el potencial que tiene el país con respecto al cannabis. “Argentina tiene la oportunidad de desarrollar su producción, aportando también fuentes de trabajo y mejoras en la salud”, aseguró Filmus.

    Empleo y abastecimiento en el mercado interno

    Durante el primer encuentro del Consejo Federal de Cannabis, el presidente de la Agencia, Francisco Echarren, afirmó que con la regulación de la industria de la planta se generará empleo y se abastecerá al mercado interno.

    «Esto va a generar más de 15.000 empleos genuinos, abastecimiento del mercado interno con productos de primera calidad y seguridad, va a dinamizar las economías regionales y va a convertir a la Argentina en un líder del sector en Latinoamérica», indicó Echarren.
