    Mendoza: reglamentan el cultivo para usuarios y privados

    Mendoza se convirtió en la primera provincia argentina en avanzar con la reglamentación del cultivo de cannabis con fines medicinales, permitiendo su producción e industrialización. “Resulta impostergable crear un marco reglamentario que permita regular la producción del cannabis en todas sus etapas”, expresó este martes el gobierno mendocino a través del Boletín Oficial (BO).

    El documento que lleva la firma del gobernador, Rodolfo Suarez, establece dentro del Ministerio de Economía y Energía la creación de la Unidad de Control que se encargará de reglamentar lo atinente a la emisión y control de las autorizaciones administrativas en el orden provincial. También tendrá las facultades de fiscalización y sanción sobre los proyectos productivos que incumplan los requerimientos dictados por la autoridad de aplicación. 

    A su vez, habrá un Registro Provincial de personas humanas y/o personas jurídicas habilitadas para realizar proyectos productivos en alguna de las etapas de cultivo, producción, industrialización, comercialización, distribución y/o exportación de la planta de cannabis y sus derivados con fines medicinales.  

    Además, se creará un Programa Provincial de promoción de proyectos que obtengan aprobación para “el cultivo, producción, estudio e investigación del uso de la planta de Cannabis sp, sus derivados y tratamientos no convencionales con fines científicos, medicinales y/o terapéuticos”, a fin de garantizar los lineamientos tendientes a posibilitar el cultivo, producción e industrialización de cannabis en Mendoza.

    Desde el gobierno provincial esperan generar empleo genuino y diversificar la matriz productiva en toda la provincia. Por otro lado, buscarán ofrecer un acceso seguro a los productos a base de cannabis con fines medicinales garantizando el control de calidad en la composición de los mismos.

      You should peek at Yahoo’s home page and watch how they write post headlines to grab people
      to click. You might try adding a video or a related pic or two to grab readers interested about
      what you’ve got to say. Just my opinion, it would make your website a little bit
      more interesting.
