    Argentina concretó su primer exportación de cannabis

    La sociedad del Estado jujeña, comandada por Gastón Morales, consiguió la aprobación para enviar el producto a Macedonia.

    La exportación de inflorescencias de cannabis se llevó a cabo mediante una autorización del laboratorio que la empresa tiene habilitado por la Administración Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnología Médica (ANMAT).

    Este suceso abre la posibilidad de que Argentina tenga un modelo agroexportador con valor agregado y manufactura en todo lo que respecta al uso medicinal de la planta de cannabis.

    Durante este mes de diciembre la empresa estatal jujeña consiguió la equivalencia “GMP europea” por parte de ANMAT lo que les permitió llevar a cabo la primera exportación de cannabis argentino hacía otro país, fuera del continente.

    El cargamento con inflorescencias de la planta provenientes de Cannava fue enviado por avión desde el aeropuerto internacional de Ezeiza con destino a Macedonia, Europa.

    Luego de este primer gran paso, Cannava confirmó que tiene previsto la primera exportación de productos terminados de cannabis medicinal argentino a Brasil durante el 2024.

    “Estamos tramitando los primeros permisos de exportación de destilados farmacéuticos a los Estados Unidos”, adelantaron también desde la compañía estatal jujeña.

    Además, aseguraron que Cannava prevé consolidarse como el líder en abastecimiento de cannabis de grado farmacéutico “a laboratorios de distintos países de Europa”.

    La empresa avanzó en la exportación de cannabis en el marco de la Ley nacional 27.350 que establece el uso e investigación del cannabis medicinal en todo el territorio de Argentina.

    Sin embargo, Cannava no se encuentra adecuada a la ley 27669, que regula la industria del cannabis medicinal y el cáñamo industrial en el país, y todavía no se sabe como el resto de las empresas dedicadas a trabajar con la planta milenaria podrían seguir los pasos de la empresa jujeña.

    A esta incógnita se suma que el reciente gobierno de Javier Milei aún no dio certezas sobre qué camino tomará la gestión con respecto a las leyes de cannabis, si continuará la ARICCAME ni si seguirá el mismo modelo de negocios o cambiará.

    La empresa Cannava fue incorporada a la red de laboratorios públicos

    La empresa estatal de Jujuy Cannava, dedicada al desarrollo, investigación y producción de cannabis de grado farmacéutico, fue incorporada durante el mes de septiembre a la red de la Agencia Nacional de Laboratorios Públicos (ANLAP).

    “Nos convertimos en el primer laboratorio dedicado al cannabis en ser incorporado a esta prestigiosa red”, expresaron desde la empresa jujeña por medio de sus redes sociales.

    Según indicaron desde Cannava, la ANLAP tiene por objetivo “articular y promover la actividad de los laboratorios de producción pública de medicamentos existentes en nuestro país de forma planificada”.
