    Carla Vizzotti visitó la producción de aceite de cannabis medicinal en La Rioja

    La producción será de 3000 dosis de aceite de cannabis y será distribuida de forma gratuita en la provincia. 

    La titular de la cartera de Salud, Carla Vizzotti, sostuvo que «el avance de la provincia en relación con esta producción derriba mitos de una producción artesanal y de poder avanzar hasta lograr el producto de calidad».

    Vizzotti junto al gobernador Ricardo Quintela, visitó las instalaciones del laboratorio perteneciente al Instituto Regional de Planificación, Control y Servicios Ambientales (IREPCySA) donde se producen las dosis de aceite de cannabis medicinal que será distribuido en forma gratuita en la provincia.

    “Cuando asumió este Gobierno nacional había una ley reglamentada de manera muy restrictiva, e incluso con un grado de persecución a las personas que cultivaban y generaban su propio aceite de cannabis y se cambió la reglamentación para poder avanzar en no solamente favorecer el acceso a personas que lo necesitan, sino también en información y evidencia científica para favorecer el acceso a un producto de calidad”, comentó la ministra.

    Vizzotti agregó que “no es solamente desarrollar un producto o la proyección de producción industrial de cáñamo, sino tener un producto accesible, de calidad, y generar evidencia. Es un círculo virtuoso muy importante, desde que se reglamenta la nueva ley con esa mirada, primero de dejar de perseguir a las personas que cultivan”, dijo.

    “El trabajo que hace La Rioja para el acceso dentro de la provincia en forma gratuita es un paso enorme. Cuando se ve todo lo que es capaz de hacer una provincia en relación con esta producción, va derribando mitos de una producción artesanal y de poder avanzar hasta lograr el producto de calidad”, afirmó la funcionaria nacional.

    El responsable del Instituto Regional de Planificación, Control y Servicios Ambientales, Christian Albrecht, comentó que “van por la mitad de las dosis con la destilación del cannabis medicinal que luego pasará al etiquetado en Agrogenética Riojana”.

    Además señaló que “la idea es poder entregar esas 3000 dosis en la provincia, en aproximadamente un mes, para el sistema sanitario”, indicó el funcionario al mismo tiempo que anticipó: “vamos a seguir trabajando en lo que son los nuevos emplazamientos de producción de la flor para la destilación del aceite”.

    Por su parte, el vicepresidente de Planes y Programas Ambientales del IREPCySA, Hernán Rojas, expresó que “el laboratorio trabaja hace tres años en el desarrollo del aceite de Cannabis Medicinal, en conjunto con Agrogenética, y ahora se procesa la resina que logramos que tenga una calidad de Grado Farma, y por lo que pudieron comenzar con el fraccionamiento de nuevos goteros que tendrán el cannabis medicinal con CBD del 10%, y menos del 0,3% de THC, y podrá ser dispensado por el Ministerio de Salud, que recibirá las primeras mil dosis, para suplir las necesidades del pueblo riojano”.
