    El Ministerio de Salud extiende la vigencia del Reprocann a 3 años

    La cartera sanitaria nacional lo anunció mediante la resolución 766/2023 que fue publicada en el Boletín Oficial.

    El Ministerio de Salud de la Nación informó este jueves que la validez del Registro de Programa Cannabis (Reprocann) se extenderá de 1 a 3 años. El permiso permite cultivar y transportar cannabis a las personas inscriptas.

    La decisión se tomó el 20/4 o 420 día en que la cultura cannabica festeja el día global de la planta. Entre los reclamos de los usuarios, la vigencia del permiso era una cuestión central.

    El pedido se debía a que por el nivel de importancia del trámite para poder cultivar hasta 9 plantas hembras de cannabis, el transorte de 40 gramos o 6 frascos de aceite de manera legal era corto y se le sumaba el costo a pagar al profesional de la salud que tiene que recetarlo.

    Desde ahora el certificado tendrá vigencia por tres años y quienes ya lo tengan por un año tendrán que esperar a la renovación para entrar en el nuevo plazo.

    Con la última reglamentación de la ley de cannabis medicinal 27.350 en 2020 incluyeron el Reprocann sin ningún tipo de límite en cuánto a patologías. Lo único que se necesita es la indicación médica y la validación de un profesional de la salud en la página oficial del registro en Mi Argentina.

    Otra de las quejas de los usuarios era la demora en la aprobación de los registros que iban de 1 mes como mínimo y más de dos meses en algunos casos. En febrero de este año llegó a haber 33 mil trámites sin respuestas.

    “Actualmente, mejorado el sistema, el stock de solicitudes sin resolver se redujo a 1.600 y todos requieren de información adicional para completar su evaluación”, explicaron fuentes del Reprocann a Infobae e indicaron que avanzarán en la habilitación del registro de las ONGs que podrán acompañar a 150 pacientes.

    Cómo me registro en el Reprocann y cuánto cuesta

    El registro al Reprocann es gratuito y se debe realiza mediante la página, una vez registrado se tiene que seleccionar el tipo de cultivo si es como cultivador, paciente para uso personal (autocultivo), para terceros o bien como ONG (cuando esté habilitado).

    Para la aprobación es necesario contar con una receta médica y que el mismo profesional de salud ingrese los trámites con los datos del paciente que realizó la solicitud.
