    Francisco Echarren: “El cannabis va a ser una gran oportunidad para la Argentina y un disparador para que nuestra gente viva mejor”

    El titular de la Agencia de Cannabis visitó la Rioja en el contexto de un evento llevado a cabo por la empresa Agrogenética Riojana. Además, firmó un convenio con el gobernador para instalar una delegación de la Agencia en la provincia.

    El intendente de Castelli y presidente de la Agencia de Cannabis, Francisco Echarren, participó este lunes de la “Primer Jornada de Cannabis Industrial y Medicinal de La Rioja al Mundo” en la empresa Agrogenética Riojana SAPEM. 

    “El cannabis va a ser una gran oportunidad para La Rioja, para la Argentina y un disparador para que nuestra gente viva mejor”, afirmó Echarren durante el evento en la provincia en donde firmó junto al gobernador, Ricardo Quintela, el convenio para instalar una delegación de la Agencia de Cannabis en La Rioja.

    El titular de la ARICCAME aseguró que con el acuerdo lograrán operativizar la ventanilla única para que las Pymes puedan acceder rápidamente a los distintos tipos de licencias y  “trabajar fuertemente en capacitaciones para potenciar el crecimiento del sector”.

    A su turno, Quintela señaló que en la Jornada de cannabis industrial y medicinal los profesionales del sector hablaron sobre la importancia de la mejora en el sistema de salud y se avanzó en el acuerdo para desarrollar “programas o proyectos” de cannabis en La Rioja.

    “Entendemos que el Estado tiene un rol importante en el acceso a todos los que quieran producir y priorizar las cadenas de valor, desde la semilla hasta el producto terminado y también distribuirlos estratégicamente en nuestra provincia”, indicó el gobernador y agregó: “Seguimos trabajando en el desarrollo sostenible de la industria del cannabis medicinal siendo pioneros en esto”.

    El presidente de Agrogenética Riojana, Benjamín Enrici, aseguró que en la actualidad la industria del cannabis ofrece diferentes tipos de usos que van desde biocombustibles, pasta de papel, fibras textiles, alimentos hasta medicamentos y cosméticos.

    “El cannabis es una industria que se despierta después mucho tiempo de prohibición”, afirmó Enrici e indicó que el hecho de avanzar hacía una regulación es “una oportunidad enorme”.

    Comienza la diplomatura de cannabis en la UNdeC

    Durante el evento en La Rioja se dio inicio a la Diplomatura Superior en Producción e Industrialización de Cannabis de la Universidad Nacional de Chilecito (UNdeC) para más de 200 estudiantes.

    El primer módulo práctico comenzó este lunes y se extenderá hasta el sábado en Agrogenética SAPEM. “El módulo práctico consiste en la siembra, cultivo, cosecha y pos cosecha, multiplicación, control de calidad e industrialización de cannabis”, detallaron desde la UNdeC.

    Sobre la diplomatura en la provincia, Echarren informó que los estudiantes se van a capacitar en la temática y anticipó que “van a poder acceder a un empleo de calidad en la industria del Cannabis medicinal”.
