    Marcha Nacional de la Marihuana: Reclamos por la regulación integral

    Este miércoles se realizó un nuevo reclamo por distintas organizaciones sociales cannábicas acompañadas de movimientos políticos y activistas en general.

    A partir de las 4:20 miles de personas se congregaron desde Plaza de Mayo para marchar hacia el Congreso, donde esperaban otro puñado más y un improvisado acampe con parlantes y micrófonos. Detrás de la clásica bandera que despliega la consiga a lo ancho «No mas presos por cultivar, regulación del cannabis ya», se llevó a cabo la edición n°12 de la Marcha Nacional de la Marihuana.

    Entre los organizadores se hizo visible la participación de Acción Cannábica, y de la Red Feminista Cannábica, entre los grupos que trabajan por despenalizar del cultivo. Organizaciones sociales y políticas, entre ellas el Movimiento Evita y el Frente de Izquierda, sumaban su presencia: Nicolás del Caño y la diputada Ayelén Espósito -del Frente de Todos- quienes impulsan proyectos integrales en el Congreso, pero que no son tratados.

    En la provincia de Buenos Aires, el Frente de Agrupaciones Cannábicas Bonaerenses, conformado por sesenta organizaciones, se concentró a las 13 en La Plata, frente a la gobernación. Por su parte la Asociación Cogollos del Oeste, recibió la noticia esa mañana de que el Ministerio de Salud, la convocaba a participar del Consejo Consultivo Honorario dictado por la ley 27.350 de cannabis medicinal.

    La realidad de la comunidad cannábica es ambigua, sobre la Marcha convocada no se logró incluir a todas las representaciones sociales, que de suceder se debería triplicar la cantidad de personas sobre las calles. Nuevamente no pudo evitar que no se le adhieran movimientos externos como partidos políticos, por ejemplo Movimiento Evita y el Frente de Izquierda, o la Asociación de Licenciadas en Enfermería. Esto mismo sucedió en último Festival con la Ley de Etiquetados o el reclamos de los trabajadores de la tierra.

    En este contexto, el Congreso avanza en aprobar, se estima que sería en diciembre antes del recambio legislativo, la Ley de Industrialización del Cannabis y Cáñamo con fines medicinales, que regulará la cadena de producción desde la semilla a hasta la exportación. Este es el contrapunto con el reclamo de las organizaciones que toman la calle para pedir: «La legalización de la marihuana para todos sus usos y en todas sus formas; basta de persecución y estigmatización; derogación de la Ley 23.737, que es la primera causante de privación de la libertad y la inclusión en la Educación Sexual Integral (ESI) del uso de sustancias psicoactivas desde un enfoque respetuoso de los derechos humanos y con perspectiva de reducción de riesgos y daños».

    Hasta el momento, no hay un tratamiento oficial sobre proyectos que amplíe el uso del cannabis de forma integral, las organizaciones con mayor renombre, como Mamá Cultiva, son convocadas por la ley 27.350 de Cannabis Medicinal y el Congreso avanza en la Ley de Industrialización. El uso total aún sigue en deuda y continúa siendo el lema principal de la histórica bandera.
