Este sábado 4 de septiembre se llevará a cabo la recreación de la habitación de Lucía Pérez Montero, uno de los femicidios que más sacudió la opinión pública por el inédito fallo del Tribunal en lo Criminal N°1 de Mar del Plata. La presentación artística se realizará a las 15 horas en la Manzana de las Luces (San Telmo).
La muestra de arte contra la violencia patriarcal será realizada en conjunto por la mamá de Lucía, Marta Romero, y Claudia Acuña, periodista y escritora feminista fundadora de la cooperativa La Vaca. Convocan al evento la organización la Comisión de Género de la organización Acción Cannábica.
“Lucía con su mirada nos abre la puerta de su cuarto para reflexionar sobre que violencias atraviesan nuestro mundo, un mundo donde el prohibicionismo solo puede generar violencia y muerte”, expresaron desde la Comisión.
La muestra se da en el contexto en el que se espera comience un nuevo juicio sobre los acusados, a instancias del dictamen en mayo de este año, donde la Corte Suprema de Justicia bonaerense anuló el primer juicio, que absolvía del crimen a los acusado, por falta de perspectiva de género en el fallo de los jueces, y asimismo se proyecta juicio político a los magistrados.
Lucía Pérez murió en 2016, en Mar del Plata, en el cuarto de un “dealer”, en el que estaba por culpa de un paradigma prohibicionista que tiene de rehén a los y las consumidores que son el último eslabón de una cadena de intereses financieros que se enriquece en un entramado de las fuerzas de seguridad, políticos, poder judicial y mediático, avalando la existencia del narcotráfico.
Los medios masivos de comunicación y la justicia estigmatizaron a Lucía por fumar y la culpabilizaron de su crimen. La culpa no es nuestra, sino de un pacto machista-patriarcal que nos violenta, nos mata y nos vuelve a violentar. El poder del narcotráfico en pequeña o mayor escala es también patriarcal”, difundieron desde la organización.
