    Schiaretti envió a la legislatura la adhesión a la ley de cannabis medicinal

    El gobernador de Córdoba, Juan Schiaretti, envió el proyecto de ley para adherir a la Ley nacional de cannabis medicinal (27.350) que permite el uso medicinal de la cannabis y sus derivados. 

    “Hemos enviado a la legislatura de córdoba la solicitud de adhesión de la Provincia de Córdoba a la Ley nacional N° 27.350 sobre el “Uso Medicinal de la Planta de Cannabis y sus derivados”, su reglamentación y demás normas complementarias”, publicó en sus redes sociales el gobernador. Y agregó que en caso de aprobarse, la autoridad de aplicación será el ministerio de Salud de Córdoba.

    El objetivo del proyecto es darle un marco regulatorio a los tratamientos con cannabis, además se buscará proveer el aceite de cannabis y sus derivados de manera gratuita a quienes estén inscriptos en el Registro Nacional y cobrarles a los pacientes que no estén adheridos al Programa, pero que cuenten con la prescripción médica correspondiente. 

    En caso de aprobarse, Córdoba se sumaría, 4 años después, a los 22 distritos que ya adhirieron a la Ley nacional de cannabis medicinal.
