    Jujuy: Se crea el grupo de trabajo del cannabis medicinal

    El gobernador Gerardo Morales junto al Ministro de Salud de la provincia, Gustavo Bouhid, y el presidente de Cannava Sociedad del Estado, Gastón Morales, se reunieron con representantes de distintas instituciones para diseñar un sistema que garantice el acceso a productos de cannabis con fines medicinales. 

    “Creé un Grupo de Trabajo de Cannabis Medicinal y convoqué a las instituciones gubernamentales, consejos profesionales y a la asociación jujeña de cannabis medicinal que conforman un espacio de trabajo colaborativo y que tendrá por objetivo el diseño, la implementación y la actualización continua del programa terapéutico especial”, contó el gobernador a través de sus redes sociales. 

    El objetivo principal de dicho grupo es que las personas puedan acceder al aceite de cannabis medicinal en forma segura, con control médico y seguimiento clínico. También, buscará capacitar de forma continua a los profesionales de la salud en la provincia. 

    Según adelantó el gobernador Morales, el grupo estará conformado por el Ministerio de Salud de la provincia, la sociedad estatal Cannava y el Instituto de Seguros de Jujuy. También contará con la participación de la Dirección de Hospitales Públicos de la Provincia, el Departamento de Enfermería, el Colegio de Farmacéuticos, el Consejo de Bioquímicos, el Departamento de Farmacia de la Provincia y la Asociación Jujeña de Cannabis Medicinal que nuclea a las madres que vienen peleando por la salud de sus hijos e hijas.⠀

    Por otro lado, se va a definir la intervención del Instituto de Seguros de Jujuy para garantizar el acceso a los aceites de cannabis y se va a plantear una discusión con las obras sociales privadas.⠀

    Por último, el gobernador convocó a todas las instituciones profesionales y sociales que abordan la temática a participar de este proceso. “En Jujuy, el cannabis medicinal es una política de Estado”, sentenció.
