    INNOVAR: El cáñamo llega nuevamente al Concurso Nacional de Innovaciones

    El evento comenzó este jueves y se extenderá hasta este sábado inclusive en el Centro Cultural de la Ciencia – C3.

    Comenzó la decimoctava edición del Concurso Nacional de Innovaciones – INNOVAR, evento que busca premiar a los proyectos más innovadores de diferentes áreas. El evento, de participación libre y gratuita, inició este jueves 28 y se extenderá hasta el sábado 30 de septiembre de 12 a 19 horas en el Centro Cultural de la Ciencia – C3. Como novedad, este año está presente una iniciativa de cáñamo impulsada por Mauro Corigliano y Mariano Percivale, ambos integrantes de la empresa “M – Productos de la industria cañamera”.

    Corigliano dialogó con Cannabica Argentina y comentó que, junto a su socio, Mariano Percivale, ambos investigadores del sector cañamero, decidieron participar de Innovar este año ya que trabajan en el área desde hace tiempo.

    “Hace más de tres años que venimos trabajando en productos de cáñamo y decidimos formalizarnos en nuestra empresa llamada M – Productos de la industria cañamera”, explicó el también Secretario General de la Asociación Civil Proyecto Cáñamo (ACPC).

    Según indicó el investigador, desde M se presentan en Innovar con productos de cáñamo para la construcción y la vivienda. “Son ladrillos ensamblables que están hechos con cañamiza y productos con menor impacto ambiental”, señaló Corigliano.

    Además, indicó que lo innovador de estos productos es que buscan facilitar la operatoria y la usabilidad para el cliente. “Es un montaje sencillo a través de ensambles plásticos, también absorbemos plásticos que van a ser reciclados y que se van a poder reutilizar”, afirmó Mauró y agregó: “Le vamos a dar una nueva vida dentro de nuestros productos”.

    Por otro lado, informó que utilizarán y mostrarán madera a base de cáñamo con la que se prevé frenar el impacto de la industria maderera, ya que señala que un árbol tarda entre 20 y 50 años en formarse para dar “grandes cantidades y buena calidad de madera”.

    Con el cultivo de cáñamo, afirmó, “en 120 días podemos sacar madera” y recordó que la industria cañamera tiene ventajas comparativas y de escala para Argentina ya que cuenta con “buenos suelos” que pueden brindar muchos kilos de producto con beneficios biofísicos. 

    “El objetivo es llevar a Innovar una industria nueva, la cañamera, que presenta una forma diferente de hacer los procesos industriales y de consumo, teniendo en cuenta el contexto de crisis climática”, concluyó.

    A su turno, su socio en M – Productos de la industria cañamera y también integrante de ACPC, Mariano Percivale, indicó que tienen como premisa mostrar que en los concursos de diseño, ingeniería y tecnología empieza a aparecer el cáñamo como una opción y “nosotros como actores fundamentales para la vinculación que tiene que haber”.

    El profesional del área aseguró que es momento de comenzar a mostrar que se puede innovar en la industria argentina con la utilización de productos a base de cáñamo.

    “Probablemente ese sea el camino, desde el emprendedurismo, la investigación y desde las personas que entiendan a lo que puede llegar el cáñamo”, Mariano quién insistió en que el cáñamo puede ser industria real.

    En ese sentido, aseguró que la innovación se da en el momento en que este tipos de inventos o nuevos procesos “transforman la realidad y pueden cambiar la vida de las personas”.

    Desde 2017 Proyecto Cáñamo fue seleccionado en INNOVAR y 6 años después sigue presente de la mano de dos de sus integrantes de la comisión de industria. Al día de hoy es la única representación de sector cañamero en el evento de innovación más importante de la Argentina.

    En esta edición se expondrán más de 150 iniciativas innovadoras, que a través de sus prototipos y productos y con la presencia de sus titulares, competirán por los premios de este año. El certamen repartirá $57.500.000 de pesos en 97 distinciones que incluyen los premios en cada categoría y dos “Grandes Distinciones Innovar”.
