    ¿Podría Eslovenia Convertirse en la Capital Mundial del Cannabis Sostenible?

    Uno de los métodos más perspicaces que utilizan los científicos para evaluar la salud ecológica de una región geográfica es el de las abejas melíferas, concretamente la abeja europea (Apis mellifera).

    La abeja europea, que vive en todos los continentes excepto en la Antártida, es una polinizadora que sirve a los científicos como especie de biomonitorización continua. Al recolectar polen, las abejas se exponen a contaminantes que llevan a sus colonias.

    Científicos de todo el mundo estudian los niveles de contaminación de las colonias de abejas melíferas, y por eso sabemos que Eslovenia es uno de los países más limpios del planeta. Eslovenia es mundialmente famosa por su población de abejas melíferas, y se calcula que cinco de cada 1.000 personas (de todas las edades) son apicultores, según la Oficina de Estadística de la República de Eslovenia.

    La calidad de la miel eslovena no tiene parangón por lo limpio que es el ecosistema apícola de la nación balcánica. Pronto, Eslovenia también será mundialmente famosa por otra cosa en la cual las abejas desempeñan un papel importante: la marihuana.

    La planta de cannabis crece de forma natural en Eslovenia, al igual que en la mayor parte del mundo. Las abejas prosperan en Eslovenia y lo mismo ocurre con la marihuana cultivada de forma sostenible en el país. El cultivo sostenible, orgánico y limpio va en aumento, y las leyes de Eslovenia sobre la marihuana se han reformado para permitir una mayor producción. Es probable que se convierta en una de las principales fuentes internacionales de cannabis limpio y de calidad.

    Eslovenia también es actualmente un importante centro de investigación internacional. Inevitablemente, estos dos mundos van a chocar, lo que podría dar lugar a algunos de los mejores productos de marihuana terapéutica del mundo.

La pequeñez de Eslovenia puede ser un problema [a la hora] de encontrarnos en el mapa, pero estoy segura de que en el mapa de la marihuana ya estamos en una posición de liderazgo para ofrecer productos de cannabis eficaces y de calidad. La conciencientización de la gente va en aumento y la demanda de productos limpios es alta”.
